Blue Robin Consulting is led by Melissa Jones, an educator, leadership consultant, and certified professional coach with over 25 years of experience across education, nonprofit leadership, and governance.
Melissa holds both a Bachelor and Master of Education and has spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles, including school leadership and serving as CEO of a provincial nonprofit organization. Her work spans board governance, organizational development, team leadership, and systems-level change.
She brings a strong foundation in leadership development, facilitation, and assessment-informed practice, and is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), The Birkman Method, and Appreciative Inquiry. This combination of education, lived leadership experience, and evidence-based tools allows her to support leaders and teams with both insight and practicality.
Melissa is known for her calm, thoughtful presence and her ability to help groups navigate complexity, build trust, and move forward with clarity and intention.
